Smart BMS allows operational monitoring and control of machinery/lighting/power equipment and provides facilities control from an alarm to responding according to the preset schedule in case of an event occurrence. It also provides analysis of energy consumption patterns and analyzes the collected information about various resources (equipment, manpower, energy, supplies, etc.) which is needed for building management to improve the efficiency of maintenance and management tasks.

Built-in protocol adaptors and easily expandable modular design allow for greater compatibility across devices from different vendors. A new protocol or device can be used simply by adding an appropriate adaptor.

Smart BMS is IBS-certified for the four interconnected standard comprehensive scenarios(disasters, work support, fire, and crime prevention). Each scenario can be modified according to customer’s needs. In case of an event, the system will display Standard Operating Procedure(SOP), allowing for a rapid response.

Facility management via mobile devices(FMS)

Mechanical and electrical equipment can easily be monitored via mobile devices or PCs. A user can scan an attached QRcode, retrieving detailed information and maintenance history and control the device from a remote site.
